Privacy Policy
This notice explains how PartyandPretty.com handles information when you browse the site or contact us.

Information we receive
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject, message and chosen language. Essential session and security cookies protect the form. Our server may record your IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for operation and security.
Why we use it
We use contact details to handle your request, correct content and prevent abuse. Where applicable, processing is based on responding to your request and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We do not sell contact details or use messages for unsolicited marketing or AI content generation.
Hosting and notifications
The site is hosted on a server in the United States. Authorized administrators and necessary hosting providers may process information to operate the service; disclosure may also be required by law. ntfy.sh receives only a generic new-message alert and a private panel link, not your name, email address, subject or message. Data may therefore be processed outside your country.
Cookies
We use necessary session and security cookies, including protection against forged form submissions. The verification code is generated on our server; no third-party CAPTCHA service is embedded. This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Retention and protection
Contact messages are automatically removed from the active inbox after 365 days, unless deleted earlier. Verification challenges expire after 5 minutes; expired challenge records and old rate-limit records are cleared daily. Access to messages requires an authorized administrator account. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. Use our contact form for privacy requests. We may need information to verify your identity. We will update this page if our practices change.
